Terms & Conditions (Service Agreement)
1. Booking & Deposit
Deposit: A deposit of ¥10,000 is required via Credit Card to secure your date.
Confirmation: Your booking is officially confirmed only after the deposit is received.
Holding Period: I can hold your requested date for up to 7 days after our initial consultation.
2. Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full (Cash or Credit Card) on the day of the shooting, before or after the session.
All prices are inclusive of tax unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation by Client:
If you cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled shoot, your deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made less than 3 days before the shoot, the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: One reschedule is allowed free of charge if requested at least 3 days in advance, subject to my availability.
4. Inclement Weather
Refund Policy: If rain or extreme weather is forecast, you can cancel and receive a full deposit refund, provided you notify me by the day before (24 hours prior) the shoot.
Alternatives: We can also discuss moving the shoot to a covered location or rescheduling to a different time/day at no extra cost, depending on availability.
5. Image Rights & Delivery
Delivery: The full edited gallery will be delivered via a private link within 2 weeks.
Copyright: I retain the copyright to all images. However, you are granted a license for personal use (printing, social media, etc.).
Data Retention:Your photo gallery will be stored for 6 months after delivery. Please ensure you download and back up your photos during this time.
